Production Worker

Since 1955, Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) has been providing residential building products to home improvement companies across Eastern region of the US. We are seeking a dedicated Window Manufacturing Production Worker to join our team . As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of windows and doors, ensuring high-quality standards and timely production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble window components according to specifications.
  • Operate machinery involved in the production process.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

  • Able to Work Hours as Needed Between 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • Willing to Work an Occasional Saturday (Overtime)

Director of Sales & Marketing

Since 1955, Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) has been providing residential building products to dealers and home improvement companies across the Eastern region of the US.  Joyce is a proudly family owned and operated business. Our American manufacturing company manufactures and distributes All Season Vinyl Sunrooms, Multiple Lines of Vinyl Replacement Windows and Patio Doors through a dealer network across 28 states located throughout the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast.  Our products are well known for their excellent quality, performance and ease of installation.  

Job Description:

The Director of Sales & Marketing for Joyce Manufacturing will be responsible for planning and directing the sales and marketing policies, objectives, and goals.  A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in sales leadership and marketing with the ability to drive profitable company success.  The candidate should bring expertise throughout the sales cycle from successfully engaging prospects while creating and developing opportunities for the sales team to close deals and manage the existing book of business. It will be imperative to gain in-depth knowledge of the market(s) and competitive products to hit and exceed targeted goals. This position is an integral part of the leadership team and is influential in developing and planning business strategies.  It requires both leadership skills and insight into market trends, and the ability to bring those both together to organize a successful sales force. The Director of Sales & Marketing will report directly to the President.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability and proven track-record of building highly effective sales teams and effective strategies
  • Identifying where improvements can be made; developing and executing sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team on emerging programs, products, and strategy.
  • Develop key metrics and analytics; provide analysis on sales effectiveness.
  • Identify, develop, and execute marketing plans to increase top and bottom-line performance.
  • Examine the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting.
  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
  • Manage the daily sales activities.
  • Outline and manage sales budgets.
  • Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and influence the sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Review customer activity and anticipate consumer needs.
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Build a highly functional sales team that drives excellence and profitability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with ability to learn new applications as needed.

Experience:
